You will be responsible for the position of Assistant Manager at the luxury hotel 'bar hotel Hakone Koyama', which is based on the concept of 'staying in a bar'. We ask for memorable customer service. 【Job Responsibilities】 - General customer service duties (check-ins, check-outs, reservations, phone support). - Eventually, as an assistant manager, you will be responsible for nurturing junior staff. Your career advancement speed may vary depending on your experience! 【Post-Joining Image】 For about two months, you will undergo basic front desk operations, system training, and a comprehensive on-the-job training (OJT) program, and then you will be entrusted with the field. Training at a different hotel is also planned, allowing for a wide range of experiences!
